NEW PRESCRIBING LINE - 90748856           

The Practice has a new prescribing line for patients to ring. It is a recorded service, leave your message.  This line is available 24 hrs everyday.  Please leave your repeat prescribing request, stating your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and the name and dose of the medication you need giving 48 hours notice. Patients can also request Sick lines on this line. These can only be requested on day required. Information needed: Name, address, dob, date required and condition.

FLU VACINATION PROGRAM 2018/19

If you were unable to attend the Flu Clinic patients eligible (adults or children) who want to get the Flu vaccine please make an appointment to receive it. Please note there is a shortage of the flu vaccine for Over 65's. 

Pre-school children who were unable to attend please the pre arranged clinic please contact the surgery to make an appointment.

PRESCRIPTIONS DUE OVER THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS                The practice will close 24th Dec 18 at 12.30pm, for the Bank Holidays 25th & 26th Dec 18. Your prescription is due between 24 – 27 Dec 18. Please make sure you order on 19th or 20th Dec to ensure it will be ready for collection on 21st Dec 2018, so that you don’t run out over Christmas. Any earlier requests will be declined.

The practice will close 31st Dec 18 at 12.30pm, for the Bank Holiday 1st Jan 2019. Your prescription is due between 31st Dec & 2nd Jan. Please make sure you order on 27th or 28th Dec to ensure you don’t run out over NEW YEAR. Any earlier requests will be declined.
